How we work

This is how we put a system in place that stands.

Four steps. Each one is a place where the builder lets it slide and we do it differently. No drawn-out IT projects and no surprises afterwards: you know up front what it costs and what it delivers.

  1. 01

    Week 1 – 2

    Looking

We start with your business, not with the technology. Where do you get stuck, where does time leak away, and where is AI honestly nonsense.

The builder starts making whatever he happens to know how to make.

    What we do

    • We walk along with the people who do the work
    • We measure where time and revenue are left on the table
    • We say so plainly when AI is the wrong answer

    What you get

A concrete plan at a fixed price, with the expected gain in hours per month.

  2. 02

    Week 2 – 3

    Designing

We draw the system out before we build anything. Which steps, in what order, and how it fits what you already run.

The builder drops the same trick on everyone.

    What we do

    • We map every step, from enquiry to invoice
    • We design around the software you already use
    • You see exactly what will be built before it is

    What you get

A design you can check yourself, before anything has been built.

  3. 03

    Week 3 – 7

    Building

We build it into your existing kit. One whole that works with what you already have, not a separate island beside it.

The builder delivers separate apps that never talk to each other.

    What we do

    • We connect to your mail, calendar, bookkeeping and CRM
    • We test on your real enquiries and invoices, not on demo data
    • You look over our shoulder as we go, so there are no surprises

    What you get

One system that runs inside your existing software and has proven it can handle your work.

  4. 04

    Ongoing

    Locking it down

We do not just hand it over, we lock it down. Someone at your end understands it, it keeps running, and it does not quietly stall.

This is where the builder sends the invoice and leaves.

    What we do

    • We train someone on your own team, in plain language
    • We watch that it keeps running and flag anything that drifts
    • We adjust it when your business changes

    What you get

A system that stands: it keeps running, someone at your end understands it, and you see in black and white what it does.

The standard

When is it really finished? When it keeps running without you.

Nobody ever wrote down when AI in a business is finished. So every builder calls it “done” whenever it suits him. We set the bar somewhere else: run through these five points on every proposal you get, from us or from anyone else.

  1. 01

It works with what you already use. Your mail, your bookkeeping, your calendar. Not another separate programme to work in.

  2. 02

It runs by itself. You do not have to switch it on every morning or check whether it actually ran.

  3. 03

Someone on your own team understands it. If something needs changing, you are not waiting for the builder to find the time and the will.

  4. 04

It holds up when your business changes. New prices, an extra product: it keeps working. And if something does go wrong, you get a heads-up instead of it failing silently.

  5. 05

You can see what it does. In black and white: how many enquiries it followed up, how much time it saved you. No “just trust us”.

Wondering whether your system stands?

Take the check. In a few minutes you will know which of the four pillars is still held together with tape, and where most of your time or revenue is being left behind.
